Routine calls and monitoring
A routine call isusually made every 3 days. By this, the entire technology is checked and the result is documented and evaluated. Missed routine calls lead to the need to check equipment. Likewise, the availability of the phone connection is checked in these routine calls, regardless of whether the call is made via a landline phone or a mobile network. Notification to the client of missed routine calls, including diagnosis, is made at short notice. Furthermore, we prepare and make available monthly overviews of the routines for all units of equipment.
